I think not, and I think that because Pashtuns are more numerous in Pakistan but mainly, it is because Pashtuns have been around before Pakistan or Afghanistan became countries. One can be called a Pakistani and be a Pashtun, Sindhi, Punjabi, Balochi, Kashmiri, or any other race.I think the same goes for Afghanistan where a Pashtun, Hazara, Tajik, or Uzbek can be called an Afghan?If i was wrong, forgive me. :)
